Save the Date – Our 6th Annual "A Toast to Life" will be held on April 14th, 2012 at the Park West in Lincoln Park.

Thank you for your support of "A Toast to Life", an MDA ALS research initiative. Through your efforts, we have raised over $200,000 to fund ALS research.
